What exactly is ReelTag?

ReelTag is a self-hosted viewer that turns a QR code printed on a physical product into a multilingual or influencer-attributed video page. A scan opens an instant video experience without requiring an app install, and optionally credits a referring influencer for the conversion.

How is ReelTag different from a Linktree or short-URL service?

ReelTag runs on infrastructure you own, supports per-language video routing, has built-in affiliate / referrer attribution, and ships an admin console for managing products, brand styling, viewer feedback, and analytics. There is no per-scan fee and no third-party seeing your customer traffic.

What does it cost?

ReelTag is sold as a one-time license in three tiers: Tag at $1,200, Rack at $5,000, and Floor at $12,000. The tier sets how many active products and viewer-feedback channels are unlocked. There is no monthly subscription. You pay your own hosting (a small VPS is sufficient for most catalogs).

Do I need a developer to deploy it?

The Software ships ready-to-run on Node.js 20 with SQLite. A technical operator can stand up the first instance in under an hour. We provide a setup wizard, sample nginx config, and an admin console for non-technical day-to-day use. Custom deployment assistance is available as a separately quoted service.

Where is customer data stored?

Inside the SQLite database on the server you deploy. JK.Creative LLC has no access to your scans, viewer feedback, or affiliate data. You own and back up the database.

How does the affiliate / influencer attribution work?

Each influencer or referrer can be issued a unique tracking token that prefixes the QR-code URL. When a viewer scans, ReelTag records the attribution and exposes per-referrer scan and conversion analytics in the admin dashboard. Commission calculations and payouts remain on you and your accounting workflow.

Can I refund a license?

Refund requests within 30 days of purchase are honored at our discretion if the Software has not been deployed to a production environment. After 30 days or after production use, sales are final. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.

What happens to my license if JK.Creative LLC ever shuts down?

The Software is delivered to you and the license is perpetual. You can continue to operate any deployed instance indefinitely. We commit to publishing a final escrow drop with build instructions if we ever wind down the product line.
